Alpidera is named after our sons, Alpin and Derin, and rooted in the terraced hills of Edremit where the Aegean Sea meets the slopes of Mount Ida.
We began this journey to show them that clean, sustainable farming isn’t just possible—it’s essential. On just 2.5 acres with 200 trees, our family hand-picks every olive and cold-presses them the same day. No chemicals. No shortcuts.
Only a few hundred bottles each year—pure, limited-batch olive oil made with care, purpose, and love. Drizzle, dip, or savor it straight. This is oil to be enjoyed slowly.
